Hon Tiamy in a statement signed and released on Saturday evening, in Ibadan by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan, Tiamy described Chief Double 'T' as a unifying and rallying point for all whose resolute inputs to the processes of managing governance in Oyo State as well as within the PDP have remained remarkable.
According to the statement, "I wish to acknowledge and commend your leadership and commitment to a united, prosperous Omituntun and the PDP in Oyo State.
“We acknowledge your contributions to the Omituntun team through your insightful and resolute inputs to the processes of managing governance in Oyo State as well as within our great Party, the PDP.
"As our leader, you certainly represent our unifying and rallying point for all as your name has gradually become a household name even to the layman on the streets despite you’re presently not holding any office in this administration.
"The reason is not unconnected with your tested loyalty, dedication, unending contributions and ever renewed zeal towards the Omituntun Project. You have been tested, and even subjected to various forms of integrity test and eventually came out with clean hands.
“Congratulations and Happy Birthday to you, Alhaji (Chief) Tijani Babatunde, the Olori-ẹbà of the Omituntun. I rejoice with you and wish you a prosperous lifetime,“ Tiamy prayed.
