A Lagos-based Arabic and Islamic Institute, Ma’hdu Diraasaatul Qur’an Wal – Lugha, is inviting general pubic to the graduation ceremony of her students in different grades.
This was contained in a statement sent to GLAD TIDING MEDIA by the event’s Publicity and Media Relations Coordinator, Malam Dhikrullahi Abdullahi, on Wednesday.
The occasion, according to the host and Mudir of the institute, Al-Imam (Dr) Ridwan Ibrahim, is to showcase the importance of acquiring knowledge of Islam at tender age in order to be relevant in spheres of life.
Malam Abdullahi disclosed celebrating younger ones for having Islamic knowledge is a great encouragement to other children of their age saying, a lot of knowledge presentations, words of admonitions from top Islamic scholars of repute among others are being included during to mark the event which holds on Saturday 22nd, February 2025.
The event is expected to hold at Papa Playing Ground, Oworoshoki, Lagos, by 10:00am prompt.
The Chief Hosts for the event, according to the release are As-Sheikh Sa’eed Salman, Deputy Registrar, Yaba Technology, Lagos and Al-Imam Shuaib Shafii, Chief Imam, Opeoluwa Central Mosque, Ajegunle, Lagos.
Teachers and students of Arabic, language experts, Muslim faithful and individuals who seek knowledge are expected to attend the event.
