Building A Mosque Is A Touch Of Elegance-Tiamy Commends Gov Makinde

A People's Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain in Oyo state, Honourable Oloye Suraj Abiodun Timay had on Thursday commended the Oyo state Governor, His Excellency Engr Seyi Makinde for building Adogba Central, describing it as “a touch of elegance".

Tiamy stated this shortly while speaking to the newsmen during the commissioning of the Mosque in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. He appreciated Governor Makinde for donating such a befitting place of worship for the usefulness of any Muslim commuting at Iwo-Road axis of Ibadan in the wake of Iwo-Road Terminal Interchange project completion.

In his statement, “The building of a mosque affords a person to continue to earn the blessings of Almighty Allah, even after death otherwise known as long-term charity as it is a way of helping people to worship the Almighty Allah”, he said

Tiamy added, “The design of the new mosque is one of the best in this sub-Saharan Africa as it houses school Hall and among other facilities that makes an ultra-modern which I'm sure the Muslim Community in Ibadan and Oyo state general are very happy about. I also appreciate those who facilitate it as building a mosque is a touch of elegance and I want to advise that adequate maintenance should be always carried out”.

Tiamy urged other Governors and well-meaning adherents elsewhere to emulate His Excellency, Engr Seyi Makinde in generous spending to the cause of Allah, saying they should contribute towards the emancipation of the Islamic religion and helping people to worship the Almighty Allah.
