A People's Democratic Party (PDP) bigwig from Lagelu/Akinyele Constituency Honourable Oloye Suraj Abiodun Tiamy has joined members of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Lagelu Local Government and Oyo State by extention to congratulate a Former Lagelu Campaign Director General of the Second Term Governorship of Governor Seyi Makinde, Honourable Dr, Babatunde Obideji on his birthday celebration.
Hon Tiamy in a statement released by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan in Ibadan on Wednesday, felicitated Obideji’s family, friends and associates ”on the auspicious moment that calls for thanksgiving and celebration.
He noted the contributions of the Former campaign DG towards the success of the PDP in Oyo State especially in re-election bid of His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde.
According to the statement, "I'm delighted to join millions of our great party (PDP) members in celebrating Honourable Babatunde Obideji’s birthday as it always rings in my heart, his great contributions towards the success of our Principal (Governor Seyi Makinde) in his re-election bid.
"And it is on this note that I wish him more birthday celebrations on earth upon sound health and abundant wealth", Hon Tiamy prayed.
Hon Tiamy who acknowledged that the experiences of the PDP stalwart Hon Obideji would also be relevant in inspiring upcoming leaders and he prayed for the wellbeing of the Former Lagelu Campaign DG as he continues to serve Oyo state and the country in general.
