One of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ministers who is in charge of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Employment, Simon Lalong has resigned his position.
Lalong’s had said his decision to resign was purely based on the love and trust which his people of Southern Senatorial District of Plateau State showed him at the general election where he was elected as a Senator.
After several post-election tribunals, a Court judgement recently pronounced him winner of the election and his resignation will see him take up this seat in the 10th Nigerian Senate.
