Hon Tiamy in his congratulatory message released and signed in Ibadan on Monday morning by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mr Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan, expressed optimism that Oyo State would continue to witnessing the positive developments and prosperity in the next four years.

Honourable Tiamy who was at Obafemi Awolowo Stadium (formerly known as Liberty Stadium), venue of the inauguration also rejoiced with all Oyo state Assembly Members-elect, returning and newly elected, who are going to be inaugurated in few days time.
Tiamy described today’s inauguration of the Governor and his Deputy as a demonstration of the collective wishes of Oyo State residents for the entrenchment of democracy free of god-fatherism in the state.
He congratulated Nigerians for the-24 unbroken years of the civil rule, noting that, such milestone was achieved as a result of the determination of Nigerians to make democracy work, in spite of inherent challenges.
