Charity Group, Zakaat Awqaaf Disburses Ramadan Relief Package Worth N5m To Families In South West Nigeria

 

No fewer than 330 family across South West Indigents including Kwara and FCT benefited from ZAAF N5,000,000.00 1445 A.H Ramadan Relief Package Distribution in March 2024 during first half of blessed month of Ramadan.

A representative of Zakaat and Awqaaf Amana Foundation, Comrade Alabi Jamiu disclosed this at the  flagged of distribution program in Ogun state on 18th March 2024 at Sagamu Ayetoro Abeokuta and other areas.

The Executive Secretary of the foundation, while distributing the food items which include rice, beans, Semo, Spaghetti and vegetable oil in Ibadan to 80 families on 22nd March 2024, noted that Zakaat and Awqaaf Amana Foundation has been providing relief packages to people since Covid-19 period.

 According to the chairman of the foundation, Alhaji Izkil Hamzat appreciated the donors, urged the rich to do more as the ZAAF always ready to partner with any philanthropist to put smiles on the faces of the people. He thereby itemized projects the foundation needs people's support as Ramadan Relief Package, Iftar Sa'im, Zakat payment, Waqf project, Sadaqat payment and Empowerment for the needy among others.
