HON TIAMY IN ATTENDANCE AS MAKINDE COMMISSIONS REMODELED OJOO POLICE STATION, URGES OYO ELECTORATES TO SUPPORT OMITUNTUN 2.0.

Honourable Oloye Suraj Abiodun Tiamy has urged Oyo residents to continue their unflinching support for Omituntun 2.0.

Hon Tiamy stated this last week while interacting with journalists during the commissioning of a remodeled Police State by the Oyo State Governor, His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde, at Ojoo, Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.

The Ojoo Police Station was among the Police stations got burnt in Ibadan during the ENSARS protest in 2020.

In his statement, Hon Tiamy said: "This is another landmark achievement of the Omituntun 1.0 and Oyo residents should expect more in the Omituntun 2.0, a reason they should vote in the continuity.

"If we are so lucky to have this type of leadership that sees security of lives and property as paramount in Oyo State, I think we should not be deterred in making right decision which is to vote in His Excellency, Engineer Seyi Makinde", Tiamy pointed.

In his own remarks, His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde used the occasion to address the outcome of the state’s EndSARS panel, noting that the report had to be reviewed to accommodate Policemen who lost their lives in the incident and that the report has now been resubmitted to him for necessary actions.
