TIAMY LAUDS EMERGENCE OF HIS UNCLE, SENATOR SHARAFADEEN ALI AS CHAIRMAN SENATE C'TTEE ON CUSTOMS.

Following the announcement of the Senator representing Oyo South Senatorial District, Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Ali as the Chairman Senate C'ttee on Customs and Vice Chairman Senate C'ttee on INEC, Honourable Oloye Suraj Abiodun Tiamy had lauded his emergence saying, it was a sign of his political charisma.


Honourable Tiamy stated this through his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Sanusi Abdullahi Oyelekan in Ibadan on Wednesday that, the assignments given to Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Ali is a case of putting the round peg in a round hole.

In his statement: "The National assignments designated to Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Ali to Chair and vice-chair two of the most important entities of governance (INEC and Customs) in every country which Nigeria is not an exceptional is a sign of his political sagacity and experiences in governance.


"For my uncle (Senator Ali) whom I always have political discussions with for guidance, to have been considered for those two key offices being a first timer in the Senate Chamber is a sample of his brilliance, astute, experiences, charisma and I believe he won't disappoint the people of his Senatorial District, Oyo State and Nigerians in general.

"At this juncture, I wish to congratulate him, the people of his Senatorial District and the entire Nigerians over those well deserved National assignments and I pray that God continues to grant him wisdom and guidance to piloting the affairs". Tiamy prayed.
